NEW! Option in Settings > Invoices. Skip Invoice Review. If Invoices are marked as Finalize Only they will not show in Invoice Review.

NEW! Timers now have an option to limit the number of open timers. See Settings > Time & Expenses.

NEW! Timers now have the Private Memo option when adding a timer instead of accessing the option when Converting To Time Entry.

  • NEW! Invoices can now be edited and the INVOICE AMOUNTS CHANGED! Write/Up down is automatically recalculated.
  • NEW! Rate Templates have been completely updated and allow for various types of Rate Templates that can be assigned to Clients and Activities.
  • NEW! Notification Emails for client payments. You can now control who receives these notifications within your firm. It can 1 or more members within the firm. See Settings > Notifications.

NEW! Security Features – 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) and Microsoft Single Sign On (SSO). Requires enabling at the Firm level (1st) and then at the Staff Level (Optional).

NEW! Reverse Invoices without having to remove payment(s). Payments will automatically be handled as Advance Payments.

NEW! Applying Advance Payments can now be applied to invoices in batch and auto applied! Updated in Client View and Cash Receipts Entry.

  • NEW! Document Management System – Mass Invite your clients to the Client Desktop Portal. Selectively choose Client Contacts to Invite.
  • NEW! Invoices can now be reversed without reversing the payment. The invoice will be reversed and the payment treated as an advance payment.
  • Project Management – Sorting added to columns in the Client View.
  • Client View > Projects. Projects can now be viewed by Status.
  • Outlook Live and Outlook 365 Integrations have been updated.

Review New and Updated Features

June 2021

Reassign time records to another Client/Engagement. In Manual, Recurring, Batch Invoice time records can now be reassigned. In Clients > Invoice tab, time records can be reassigned.

Batch Delete. Time Records can be batch deleted in Time Sheet Entry, Manual, Recurring and Batch Invoicing.

If you have the PRO & Enterprise version – you now view Open/Closed projects from Project Management in the Client view.

The To-Do List now has KANBAN boards! The To-Do List is a great tool for quickly recording To-Do items instead of cluttering up your desk with written reminders. There is a button on the User Dashboard to access the To-Do List. To-Do Items can be viewed as Kanban Items or List Items.
