Do I need a credit card to sign up for the FREE plan?
No. We do not collect credit card information when you sign up for the FREE plan. A credit card will be required to upgrade to a paid plan.
What happens if I want to stop my plan?
You can stop a plan anytime in your My Account section on this website. If you have monthly plan it will stop at the end of that billing period. Your license will then be inactive at the end of the billing period and access to the software terminated. Your data remains on our cloud server for 1 full year in case you decide to reactivate, or upgrade your plan at another time. After 1 year, your data is purged.
Is my client data hostage on the Mango Billing server?
Absolutely not! We have utilities in Mango Billing that allow you to export data to various file formats, including Excel spreadsheets.

Do ALL versions have unlimited Clients?
Yes they do, except for the FREE version. There are no limitations with the paid versions except for the users allowed in the software. The other limitation with the FREE version is that only 2 Clients can be created. Mango Billing pricing is SIMPLE, you get everything with the paid plans!
How does our pricing plans compare with other solutions?
Other solutions charge based on the number of clients, features, invoices and have other limitations. All Mango Billing paid plans include unlimited clients, invoices as well as our fantastic practice management solutions such as the Calendar/Scheduler and Due Date Management.
Price Lock Guarantee!
One you select a paid plan at the current pricing, you are locked for life. If there is a price increase in our Paid Plans, you will not be increased. If you upgrade or downgrade to another plan, you will be locked into the current price of the selected plan.
